Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about VUBA

1. What is VUBA?
Vuba (or Vuba Deals) is a service that allows sellers share millions of in-store deals with shoppers. Shoppers can search for the best deals or get notified as they approach sellers with broadcasted deals.
2. Can I order on the app & get items delivered?
No, you currently can’t order and get items delivered via the app. Vuba is designed to increase physical interaction and give you the opportunity to check out other available items sold by your favorite retailers.
3. What happens if a seller doesn't honor a discount?
We encourage shoppers to rate and review all sellers and deals. This helps other shoppers making buying decisions. If a seller doesn’t honor a discount, please report them and we will review and if confirmed, we will warn, suspend and delete the account (in that order).
4. Is VUBA free?
Vuba is and will always be free for shoppers. Sellers are charged a nominal fee to share, promote, broadcast deals.
5. How do I register my business?

Download the Vuba Deals app and select “Seller”. Follow the instructions and you will be registered in less than 2 minutes. You may also pre-register your business before the app launches to take advantage of pre-launch perks.

6. Is VUBA available outside Nigeria?
We are not currently available outside Nigeria. We look forward to expanding across the continent and beyond in the coming months. Send us a message to request access to Vuba in your country.
